Refund and Returns Policy

At PNC Marketing PLT, we take pride in supplying quality chilled and frozen food products. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry standards.


1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once products have been delivered or collected, except in cases of:

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Products that do not meet agreed specifications

Returns or refunds are not applicable for change of mind or preference.


2. Chilled & Frozen Products

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations:

  • Chilled and frozen food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or collected.

  • This applies if the product has been opened, partially used, improperly stored, or temperature integrity has been compromised.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details as proof

  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the item, or

  • A refund or store credit, at our discretion


4. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products at the time of delivery or collection. Any issues must be reported immediately. Claims made after the stated timeframe may not be accepted.


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the situation.
Please allow 7–14 working days for refund processing after approval.


6. Delivery & Handling

PNC Marketing PLT is not responsible for product deterioration caused by:

  • Delayed collection by the customer

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

Once delivery is completed, responsibility for proper storage lies with the customer.


7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For wholesale or bulk purchases:

  • Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

  • Any special terms agreed upon in writing will take precedence over this policy


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to approval.


9. Policy Changes

PNC Marketing PLT reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.
